Quality is our top priority, and we strive to provide exceptional service to our customers. If there is any kind of miscommunication or dispute that led to dissatisfaction, please let us know, and we will do our best to fix the problem before you leave the salon.

Refunds

Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on gift certificates, even if lost, misplaced, or stolen. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed as cash or extended beyond the expiration date. All service sales and gift certificate sales are FINAL.

2-Day-Service Warranty

Your satisfaction is valuable to us. If you lose your enhancement, notice chips or lifting within 2 days of your original service. Please call us to schedule a free repair. You MUST notify us and return within 2 days; a repair fee will be charged. No refund is given after it has been rendered. Regular polish applications are NOT guaranteed.

Appointments/Arrivals

We encourage you to arrive at least 10 minutesbeforeo your scheduled appointment to allow plenty of time to park and check in.

Late Arrivals

Appointments will be held for 10 minutes; after this grace period, we consider this a “NO SHOW” and the appointment may be given away. Please note that your late arrival will determine the length of your service, and may require a reduced appointment time at the full service price, with respect to the clients that are scheduled after you.

We regret that we cannot be responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal articles or items on our premises.
